2 iPhones -Problem mit den Kontakten

<div class="bbWrapper">Hallo alle zusammen.<br /> Ich bin schon ziemlich frustriert und brauche eure Hilfe. <br /> <br /> Zur Situation:<br /> <br /> Meine Verlobte hat ein iPhone 6 mit aktueller Software. <br /> Sie holt ihr altes iPhone 4S aus der Schublade, um es ihrer Mutter zu geben. <br /> Beim 1. Einschalten fragt das 4S nach der AppleID. Sie gibt ihre einzige und aktuelle ID ein, welches sie auch früher mit dem 4S genutzt hat. <br /> <br /> Nach allen Einstellungen merkt sie, dass auf ihrem iPhone 6 jetzt nur die Kontakte ihrer Mutter zu sehen sind. <br /> <br /> Was danach bisher gemacht wurde/Sonstige Infos:<br /> <br /> 1. Das 4S hat sie auf ihrem iPhone 6 aus der Liste der aktiven Geräte gelöscht. <br /> <br /> 2. Auf ihrem iCloud sind nur die Kontakte gesichert, die sie vor 1 Jahr mal synchronisiert hatte. Zur Zeit sind die Kontakte von der Synchronisation ausgeschlossen. <br /> <br /> <br /> Frage:<br /> <br /> Kann man die Kontakte auf dem iPhone 6 wiederherstellen?<br /> <br /> Es sind wirklich viele Kontakte, die wichtig sind. Hoffentlich gibt es eine Lösung. <br /> <br /> Ich danke im Voraus.</div>

Ansonsten kann ich mir nur schwer erklären, wie da plötzlich ihre Kontakte am iPhone 6 weg sind und die Kontakte ihrer Mutter auftauchen?!</div>

Aber da sie früher die Kontaktsynchronisation abgeschaltet hatte, gibt ea die aktuelle Kontaktdatenbank nicht aıf ihrem iCloud. <br /> <br /> Auf dem 4S wurden keine Kontakte gelöscht. Nur die Nummern von der SIM Karte der Mutter auf das 4S kopiert.</div>

Es gibt einerseits Backups des ganzen iPhones, die wahlweise in iTunes oder in der iCloud abgespeichert werden (für iCloud befindet sich die Option hier: Einstellungen -&gt; iCloud -&gt; Backup). Dieses Backup beinhaltet, wenn man es nicht tief im Menü abschaltet, auch die Kontakt-Daten.<br /> <br /> Was du meinst ist die Synchronisation der Kontakte (Einstellungen -&gt; iCloud -&gt; Kontakte). Wobei ich nicht verstehe, wie die eigenen Kontakte verschwinden und jene der Mutter auftauchen sollen, wenn die Synchronisation der Kontakte nicht aktiviert ist. Das ist technisch unmöglich.<br /> <br /> Welchen iCloud-Account nutzt denn die Mutter deiner Verlobten? Sie sollte sich in jedem Fall einen eigenen Account anlegen.</div>
