Apple Pencil hat mein Ipad Display zerkratzt. Was nun

<div class="bbWrapper">Hallo Leute, <br /> <br /> seit ca. 4 Tagen habe ich mein Ipad pro 2018 in der 11 Zoll Version. Zu dem Ipad habe ich auch den zugehörigen Apple Pencil. Nach ca. 20 Minuten zeichnen habe ich bemerkt, dass der Stift nicht flüssig über das Display geht, ich habe mir jedoch nichts weiter gedacht. Heute Abend hat mich das jedoch massiv angefangen zu stören. Ich habe das Display mehrmals gereinigt, nichts hat geholfen. Daraufhin habe ich das Display unter hellem licht untersucht und bin auch mit dem Fingernagel auf dem Display herumgeschliffen und habe bemerkt, dass das gesamte Display voller Kratzer ist. Die Schutzfolie von Paperlike kommt aufgrund der Corona Pandemie verspätet an. Ich habe mich über das Ipad unheimlich gefreut und habe es auch nur mit größter Vorsicht benutzt. Aus einem anderem Post auf dieser Seite konnte ich feststellen das dies am Apple Pencil liegt, da die Spitze nicht gut zugeschraubt war. Meine Frage ist, wie ich weiter vorgehen sollte. Würde die bald kommende Folie von &quot;Paperlike&quot; dieses Problem lösen? Oder sollte ich AC anmelden und das Ipad Apple schicken? Oder würde Apple dies auch kostenlos reparieren, da der Fehler ja im Stift lag, dessen Spitze ich nicht einmal angfasst habe? Ich bitte um Hilfe</div>

<div class="bbWrapper">Kannst Du bitt emal den Thread verlinken, wo das stehen soll, dass die Kratzer definitiv am Apple Pencil liegen? Dabei frage ich mich dann immer, wie der User den Pencil auf den iPad bewegt hat. Selbst wenn die Spitze nicht komplett angeschraubt ist, wäre es IMHO kaum möglich damit dann Kratzer in das Display rein zu furchen.</div>

Es gibt für die Kratzer aber keine Andre Erklärung, da der pencil das einzige externe war, womit ich mein iPad berührt habe (logischerweise) Die Kratzer sind jedoch auf dem gerammten Display in kurvig artigen Linien verteilt. Glaubst du es erstellen einfach so Leute Probleme um uns auf den Keks zu gehen oder Apple ins schlechte Licht zu rücken?<br /> <br /> Gut möglich dass die Kratzer vom pencil kommen. Der Pencil selbst hat eine Spitze die eigentlich dafür nicht hart genug ist, auch wenn die Displays von Apple relativ Kratzer-Anfällig sind.<br /> Es ist aber möglich dass durch eine verdreckte Spitze Kratzer entstehene. Normal passiert das auf jedenfall nicht einfach so.<br /> <br /> So oder so, ich befürchte da hast du Pech gehabt.</div>

Der kratzende Stift bleibt ja dann - sofern er das ist - erhalten. Und ein normaler Apple Pencil macht eben keine Kratzer. <br /> <br /> Du solltest Dir daher eher Gedanken um den Pencil machen und schauen das dieser normal funktioniert und nicht versuchen dies durch eine Schutzfolie zu lösen...</div>

<div class="bbWrapper">Der TE hat das Teil seit 4 Tagen, falls seine Angaben zutreffen und es der Stick oder das iPad ist und man das Verhalten vor Ort auch nachstellen kann, wäre der erste und einzige Weg, das Teil Apple vorzulegen, denn das wäre ein reklamationsgrund.</div>

<div class="bbWrapper">Das mit dem Stift ist jetzt ja eher eine Vermutung? <br /> Also ich würde jetzt erstmal den Stift nehmen und ein wenig auf dem Rahmen herumfahren. Wenn dann keine neuen Kratzer entstehen würde ich vermuten die Kratzer kamen irgendwo anders her. Und wenn der Stift wirklich das Display verkratzt würde ich das bei Apple reklamieren.</div>
