Externer 32" Monitor an iMac 21" late 2015 --> Auflösung??

<div class="bbWrapper">Hallo Leute,<br /> <br /> ich habe seit kurzem einen Dell 32&quot; (DELL S3221QS) an meinem iMac 21&quot; (late 2015) hängen. Verbindung vom Monitor über HDMI 2.0 an den iMac mit einem HDMI-auf-Thunderbolt-2-Adapter. Der externe Monitor wird als &quot;erweiterter Monitor&quot; verwendet.<br /> <br /> Auf dem DELL bilde ich zu 95% Windows 10 über Parallels Desktop ab.<br /> Die Bildqualität ist für mich nicht zufrieden stellend.<br /> <br /> Ich habe schon einige Auflösungen / Skalierungen probiert. Bin mir aber nicht ganz sicher, wo ich was einstellen soll - über die Mac-Systemeinstellungen / Displays habe ich für den DELL &quot;Standard für Display&quot; statt &quot;Skaliert&quot; (hier wären maximal nur 1600 x 900 möglich) eingestellt. Die Auflösung des DELL habe ich versucht, über Windows 10 / Anzeigeeinstellungen anzupassen, aber das ist nicht zufriedenstellend. Du hast einen 4K-Monitor, Auflösung also bis 3840x2160.<br /> <br /> Was siehst du, wenn du mit gedrückter Option-Taste auf &quot;skaliert&quot; klickst als höchste Auflösung?<br /> <br /> Ich vermute, dass entweder das Kabel Probleme macht (nimm testweise ein MiniDisplayPort auf DisplayPort-Kabel. Die sind oft unproblematischer) oder dass der iMac die Auflösung des Monitors nicht richtig erkennt. Dann hast du ein Problem.<br /> <br /> Du könntest auch mal die alternative HDMI-Buchse des Monitors probieren.</div>

Auf den neuen M1-basierten Macs läuft nur eine ARM-Version von Windows (möglicherweise nur eine Preview?), unter der viele Programme nicht oder nur schlecht laufen.<br /> <br /> Office oder sowas sollte gehen, aber Spiele z.B. werden schwierig, soweit ich weiß. Dazu gibt es hier irgendwo einen Thread.</div>

Thunderbolt, am iMac) --&gt; <b>Displayport</b> (DELL) für schlanke 6,45 € bestellt und nun funktioniert alles wie es soll. <br /> Bin top zufrieden mit der Auflösung, Schärfe usw.!<br /> Kleine Ursache, große Wirkung.</div>
