Iphone zurückgesetzt und trotzdem gesperrter Bildschirm

<div class="bbWrapper">Hallo, ich habe ein Iphone 6 plus überr ebay verkauft. Vorher habe ich es zurückgesetzt. Jetzt schreibt mir der Käufer, dass die Bildschirmsperre noch drin ist. Kann das sein. Das Bild im Anhang hat mir der Käufer als Beweis geschickt. Hat jemand eine Idee dazu?<br /> <br /> Gruß <br /> <br /> D.</div>

<div class="bbWrapper">Das Bild oben kommt aber nicht wenn ein iPhone Zurückgesetzt wurde und dann wieder jemand einrichtet. So schaut es nur aus, wenn das iPhone einfach Neugestartet wurde.<br /> <br /> Edit:<br /> Wenn es zurück gesetzt wurde, kommt der Hello/Hallo etc. etc. Bildschirm aber nicht der, der oben zu sehen ist.</div>

<div class="bbWrapper">Wenn das iPhone nur aus dem Account gelöscht wurde, du aber den Code nicht in den Einstellungen deaktiviert hast, ist dieser auch weiterhin aktiv und wird abgefragt, oder nicht?<br /> Ich deaktiviere ihn zumindest immer vorm Zurücksetzen...<br /> Du müsstest dem Käufer den Code geben, dann kann er es entsperren, einrichten und anschließend den Code ändern.</div>

Das sollte sich doch mittlerweile herumgesprochen haben und ist auch nicht durch Tricks zu umgehen. It's not a bug, it's a feature.<br /> <br /> Wenn Du das Teil vor dem Verkauf richtig zurückgesetzt und aus deinem Account entfernt hast, sollte auch keine Code-Abfrage kommen. Du kannst es auch nachträglich noch aus deinem Account löschen, siehe zweiten Teil der Anleitung. <div class="bbWrapper">Ok wenn es nicht die iCloud sicherungs pin ist dann habe ich nichts gesagt.<br /> Im android Forum ist es meistens so gewesen wenn solche Fragen kamen wie man einen Code umgehen kann wurden diese nicbt Supportet, es sei den der User konnte belegen das es sein Gerät war.</div>
