[10.11 El Capitan] Kann EL Capitan nicht re-installieren / Wiederherstellungsmodus nicht möglich

Okay, schluss mit Drama, jetzt die Fakten:<br /> <br /> Mein Vater hat einen Vintage iMac 7,1 (2007). Er will ihn verkaufen und bat um meine Hilfe.<br /> <br /> Er löschte alle notwendigen Daten und installierte das ursprüngliche Betriebssystem Snow Leopard neu. Dies war der Zustand, in dem ich den Mac erhielt, um mich weiter auf den Verkauf vorzubereiten.<br /> <br /> Ich habe die Anweisungen „Vorbereitung des Mac auf einen Verkauf, eine Weitergabe oder eine Inzahlunggabe“ befolgt:<br /> <a href="https://support.apple.com/de-de/HT201065" target="_blank" class="link link--external" rel="nofollow ugc noopener">https://support.apple.com/de-de/HT201065</a><br /> <br /> So weit, so gut. Dann habe ich El Capitan heruntergeladen und installiert. Die Installation verlief reibungslos und erfolgreich, wie gemäss Meldung berichtet wurde.<br /> <br /> Über das Apfelsymbol wollte ich sicherstellen, dass die Version korrekt ist (10.11). Aber: es war noch auf Version 10.6.8 – how funny ... (ich habe sogar im gesicherten Modus El Capitan installiert)<br /> <br /> Ich versuchte rational und zeitsparend zu denken, googelte das Problem und kam zu dem Punkt, an dem ich in den Wiederherstellungsmodus wechseln musste. Ich habe folgendes versucht:<br /> - Befehl - R ... funktioniert nicht<br /> - Option - Befehl - R ... kein sich drehender Globus<br /> - Shift - Option - Befehl - R ... immer noch kein Globus<br /> <br /> Ich machte mich auf Youtube schlau und fand ein Video, folgte den Anweisungen, wo ich diese Befehle in das Terminal eingegeben habe:<br /> sudo / Applications / Install \ OS \ X \ El \ Capitan.app/Contents/Resources/createinstallmedia --volume / Volumes / MyVolume - Anwendungspfad / Applications / Install \ OS \ X \ El \ Capitan.app<br /> <br /> funktioniert immer noch nicht ... vermutlich, weil auf meinem USB-Stick der restliche Paketinhalt fehlt. Ich habe nur InstallMacOSX.pkg - keine applediagnostics.chunklist, applediagnostics.dmg, asesystem.chunklist usw. (es sollten 6 sein plus InstallMacOSX.pkg).<br /> <br /> Was ich nicht in meinen schon rauchenden Schädel bekomme ist, dass ich nach jedem Schritt den Mac neu gestartet und das El Capitan-Paket erneut installiert habe. Es bleibt immer auf Version 10.6.8 – das Programm will sich nicht „verankern“.<br /> <br /> Was würdet ihr vorschlagen, bevor ich SIP deaktiviere (und als Laie möchte ich lieber meine Hände davon lassen)?<br /> (Übrigens hatte ich schon ein paar Chats mit dem Apple Support)<br /> <br /> Ich danke schon vorab für eure hilfreichen Antworten (bevor ich das Fenster aufmache und dieses Ding rausschmeisse)<br /> <br /> Trini.</span></div>

<div class="bbWrapper">Hallo,<br /> ich würde gar nichts weiter damit machen wenn Du das Gerät nur verkaufen willst?! 10.6. Snow Leopard ist das Originalbetriebssystem für das Gerät, alle weiteren Systeme kann sich doch der Käufer mit seiner AppleID dann runterladen und installieren wie er möchte. <br /> By the way - Geht auf einem gerät von 2007 (!) überhaupt El Capitain - 10.11? Es gibt auf jeden Fall alte iMacs die man ohne Hilfsmittel nur bis 10.7.5 (Lion) aktualisieren kann.<br /> <br /> Was ist eigentlich SIP und warum und wie sollte man das deaktivieren?<br /> Grüße!</div>

Kann es sein, dass Du nur die Installer-App von OS X 10.11 in Mac OS X 10.6.8 installiert hast? (Der Installer liegt danach im Programme-Ordner.) <div class="bbWrapper"><span style="color: rgb(163, 143, 132)">liebe forenteilnehmer,<br /> <br /> das problem ist nun gelöst: ich habe alles nochmals neuaufgesetzt mit snow leopard, dann el capitan gedownloaded und voilà: die app erschien unter programme! wieso es vorher nicht geklappt hat, kann ich mir beim besten willen nicht ausmalen...<br /> <br /> vielen dank für eure hilfe!!!</span></div>
