Tragekomfort, Soundqualität, ANC… Für 280€ eher enttäuschend. Denke, ich werde wieder normale AirPods kaufen oder mir die Cambridge Audio In Ear mal ansehen. Parallel dazu liegen gerade die BOSE 700 in der Post.</div>

Diesbezüglich müsste doch dann auch irgendwann mal was Offiziell von Seitens Apple kommen? Wenn ich das so durchlese kommt es mir vor das da eher auf Kulanz Geräte ersetzt werden (weil die Kunden evtl. den Support mal mehr, mal weniger stressen)...</div>

<div class="bbWrapper">Ich stehe mit Apple diesbezüglich in Kontakt. Am besten selbst über den Chat die Problematik schildern, sie sammeln derzeit Logs und Informationen etc dafür. Einen Austausch gibt es nur, wenn man es mehrfach im Chat erwähnt und sich eben nicht abwimmeln lässt.<br /> Ich bin auf jeden Fall nicht bereit so viel Geld für airpods zu zahlen, wenn nach einem Update die Dinger nicht mehr richtig funktionieren.<br /> Weiter ist es unverständlich, dass Apple nicht per Update Zugriff auf die Dinger haben kann.</div>

Sprich schauen die Leute die jetzt nicht selbst im Support-Chat tätig werden dann in ein paar Wochen / Monaten / Jahren (wann auch immer das nächste Update erscheint) in die Röhre?! Wie verhält es sich bei den Leuten die beim Update eben kein Problem haben? Usw...</div>

Habe vor dem Update die Airpods nur in Bus, Bahn und zu Fuß in der Öffentlichkeit testen können. Vor kurzem nach dem Update auch bei zwei Flügen zu je fünf Stunden. Für mein persönliches Empfinden war das Ergebnis des ANC-Filters ok.
