Ich vermute gar keine böse Absicht dahinter. Dennoch ist auf eBay eine gewisse Skepsis und Sensitivität sehr gut, denn es werden viele fakes oder generalüberholte Geräte als Neuware verkauft. <br /> <br /> Hier könnte Apple Abhilfe schaffen mit einer Software History und einer Hardware History wo genaue Bauteilnummern vermerkt sind. Wahrscheinlich gibt es solch eine Log Datei die wir aber nicht kennen.</div>

<div class="bbWrapper">Ich habe mein IPhone 11 Pro heute bei O2 abgeholt. Hatte es abgegeben, damit die Versicherung die Scheibe tauscht. Nun habe ich dasselbe Problem. Muss ich jetzt echt davon ausgehen, dass O2 oder die Versicherung gefuscht haben? Rechnungsbeitrag waren ernsthaft 299€ wovon die Versicherung bis auf 30€ alles zurückgezahlt haben.<br /> Ich finde ein IPhone ohne Truetone unbrauchbar und hoffe es wird morgen vom Anbieter wieder zurückgenommen und ordentlich hergerichtet.<br /> Habe ich denn einen Anspruch auf Wiederherstellung der Funktion?</div>
